Monday, March 29th – “Healthy Eating”
8:30-4:00: Healthy Eating Information Booth @ JDH Cafeteria • daily recipe • Canada’s Food Guide hand-outs • reading food labels, plus more!
12:00-1:00: Boot Camp Fitness Class FREE for everyone, including staff and faculty
2:30 pm: Guest Speaker: nutritionist
Tuesday, March 30th -“Healthy Living”
8:30-4:00: Healthy Living Information Booth @ JDH Cafeteria • stress/coping • procrastination • healthy exam period stress • daily recipe
11:00 am: Guest Speaker • to speak on dealing with stress and coping
12:00-12:50: Noon Spin with Ransford • FREE for everyone, including staff & faculty
12:30-1:30: Fitness Class: Step Class with Sabina • FREE for everyone, including staff & faculty
Wednesday, March 31st – “Keeping Active”
8:30-4:00: Keeping Active Information Booth @ JDH Cafeteria • spring your way into fitness facts and ideas • daily recipe
9:00-12:00: Personal Trainer Sabina at J. B. O’Keefe • here to answer questions, provide instruction, show exercises
12:00-12:50: Noon spin with Ransford
3:00 pm: Stress-Free Yoga with Bob Power • FREE for everyone, including staff & faculty
6:00 pm: charity hockey game with STU, FHS and Leo Hayes for Camp Triumph
Thursday, April 1st – “Healthy Relationships”
8:30-4:00: Healthy Relationships Information Booth @ JDH Cafeteria • exam stress • maintaining healthy relationships
12:30-1:30: body sculpt fitness class • FREE for everyone, including staff & faculty
7:00-9:00: open court badminton at J.B. O’Keefe
