Canadian Television star and vigilante The Littlest Hobo stopped by the legislature to lend a paw to the NB Power Protest.

“He kinda just showed up here,” one man said “No one saw where he came from… or where he went too.”

Organizers were baffled when the Shepherd approached them and asked to join in the rally.

“He just put up his little paw, I thought maybe he just wanted to sign the petition,” said an organizer “But the look in his eye, it said ‘No ma’am, I really want to help.’ So we set him up with his own sign.”

A woman was astounded by his passion for the cause.

“He got right in there, all pushing and barking. We almost had to restrain him,” she said, wiping a tear from her eye with her mitten “I have never seen such courage!”

Once the rally had finished, the dog put down his sign and trotted off down the road into the sunset, without a word. An elderly man said this wasn’t the first time he’d seen the Littlest Hobo, and it certainly wasn’t the last. But one one thing is for certain- he’s always on the move.

“Maybe tomorrow he’ll learn to settle down,” he said “But until tomorrow, he’ll just be moving on.”
