9:00-12:00: Personal Trainer Sabina at J. B. O’Keefe • here to answer questions, provide instruction, show exercises
12:00-12:50: Noon spin with Ransford
3:00 pm: Stress-Free Yoga with Bob Power • FREE for everyone, including staff & faculty
6:00 pm: charity hockey game with STU, FHS and Leo Hayes for Camp Triumph
